Return Policy

Cron's return policy is very customer friendly - 100% satisfaction guaranteed! You may return any stock item you purchased within 10 days as long as the item has not been used or damaged.

Apparel items may be returned as long as the item has not been washed, dry cleaned, worn or damaged.
Any manufacturers defects in a product will be replaced and we will pick-up the shipping costs. Cavanaugh aims to please!

2. A COPY OF THIS FORM MUST BE INCLUDED WITH YOUR SHIPMENT TO ENSURE ACCURATE AND TIMELY PROCESSING. YOUR RA# CAN BE FOUND ON THE BOTTOM LEFT CORNER OF YOUR PACKING SLIP.
3. IF YOU ARE RETURNING DEFECTIVE GOODS, PLEASE E-MAIL service@crons.com SO THAT WE MAY SEND YOU A SHIPPING LABEL.
4. PROPER EXCHANGE OR CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN RETURNED TO:
